Priority Indicators For Support Tickets

The Priority Indicators have a range of 1 – 5.

A support ticket given a priority #1 means that the issue is Urgent and you would like an answer as soon as possible. 

A support ticket given a priority #5 means that your issue is not critical and you can wait a short time for an answer.

Any number between 1 and 5 may be chosen to let us know how significant your question is.
