Problems with Charting Software:

If you are experiencing problems opening the Charting Software please follow the instructions below.

There may be a problem with your Java installation. You can try the following steps to fix this:

1. Make sure that the browser is closed and no Java applications are running.

2. Uninstall all of your previous Java versions using the Control Panel and the Add/Remove Program area of your computer.

3. Install the latest version of Java by going to the company website at Java.com. Search for the correct version for your operating system.
